● Morni membership is valid for 12 months.
● After buying the membership, it will be activated automatically within 24 hours. Membership services cannot be used before activation.
● Services will not be applicable until requested data has been submitted, your data must be completed after payment in order to help speed up the service process.
● Subscriber can benefit from roadside assistance services maximum 6 times per year according to the following restrictions:
- Vehicle Towing Service: Subscriber can request a towing service only twice a year during the subscription period (one year).
- Battery, tire and / or emergency fuel supply services: Subscriber can request any of these services four times a year during the subscription period (one year).
● Towing service includes towing with a regular tow truck in the case of a mechanical or electrical breakdown limited to one destination under these conditions:
- Inside City: to a destination of a member's choice.
- Between Cities: to the nearest city from the car breakdown spot, with a maximum distance of 150 km.
● Morni services are limited to those body types: Sedan, Sport, 4x4 and SUVs. Commercial vehicles and trucks are not included.
● Morni services are not provided in the event of natural disasters or traffic accidents and vehicle immersion in water or sand
● Morni services are provided within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia borders.
● The member has the right to use the membership; however, in cases of misuse that violate the terms and conditions of the membership, Morni reserves the right to cancel the membership and claim any due amounts.
● As a user of Morni services, and by accepting this offer, agreement to comply with Morni terms & conditions is applied.
● Morni membership is non-refundable and cannot be transferred or sold to any other party.
